We have woven in a thoughtful cycle tracker to help you honor your natural rhythms, allowing you to see how your mood flows with each phase of your journey. Over time, you will curate a glowing gallery of personal skyscapes as a visual love letter to your inner growth and quiet resilience. This holistic centered space is designed to help you feel more grounded, radiant, and deeply in tune with your own natural light.

About the founder

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner candidate and board certified holistic registered nurse, I watched as our worlds became increasingly compressed by screens. I created Skychology™ to help you look up again. By integrating the Skychology™ framework, I’ve designed a sanctuary where you can regulate your nervous system through the restorative power of the vertical gaze.
